    Who owns the content?

You still own everything you create. By posting on the Platform, you give the Platform permission to use, share, promote, and slightly adapt your content so it can operate and grow. Others may legally reuse parts of your content under "fair use" (for example, quoting or excerpting your reporting), which is beyond the Platform's control.

    What are your responsibilities?

Make sure your content is accurate, lawful, and your own work. No hate speech, harassment, defamation, or illegal content. Fact-check your news before posting. Keep any private info about the Platform or users confidential.

What rights does the Platform have?

The Platform can review and remove content that breaks the rules. If you repeatedly break rules, your account may be suspended or removed. Normally, the Platform will let you know before taking action (unless urgent).

    How does payment work?

You can set up free or paid subscription tiers (e.g., $5/month, $15/month). The Platform handles payments and sends you your share. You'll be paid regularly (e.g., monthly or quarterly). The Platform may adjust revenue terms, with advance notice.

    How can the agreement end?

Either you or the Platform can end the agreement at any time. Existing published content may stay on the Platform as allowed by the license. Some rules (like liability, disputes, and ownership rights) still apply after termination.

    What about other legal terms?

You're responsible for any claims that come from your content (e.g., if someone says it's defamatory or violates rights). The Platform isn't liable if you don't earn revenue, or if your content gets less visibility than you expected. Disputes are handled under [State/Country] law. Most disputes go to arbitration, unless it's about intellectual property or confidentiality.

    Can the agreement change?

Yes. The Platform can update the agreement with at least 30 days' notice. If you keep using the Platform after the changes, you're agreeing to the updated terms.
